HOW THIS WONDERFUL EVENT CAME TO BE

Frankie LOVES to vacation on cruise ships and he LOVES a party. One of Frankie's fondest dreams is to fill a cruise ship with dancers from all over the world for a fabulous cruise party; so we thought, let's give it to him!!! We LOVE Frankie for showing us Lindy Hop with laughter and a lovely spirit. We are doing this because Frankie opened up the world of dance to us and we are in his debt. Simply, he has changed our lives - just as he has changed the lives of SO many other Lindy Hoppers of this generation.
Jodi Fleischman and Christine Sampson cooked up the idea of 2003's Frankie Hops the Caribbean. Two friends from Seattle, they are long-time Lindy Hoppers and Frankie Fans. With the help of San Francisco's Elliot Donnelly, they are heading it up again for Frankie's 90th. This event is entirely NOT FOR PROFIT. As a matter of fact, volunteers and organizers are paying for their own cruises and even contributing their own $$ --- all fees are re-invested into putting on the greatest cruise party possible!!

This event is world-wide. We need YOUR help to make this happen. We don't have a large database of potential cruisers, but we know you are out there! Help us get the word out!
